Shadows




Behind my smile

Is a hurting heart

Behind my laugh

I sometimes fall apart


Look closely 

and you will find

The reflection you see

Is nothing but fine


I mingle and party

Even when my heart is paltry

Smile and laugh

Even when it's torn in half


Force myself to be happy

Dance like everything is just dandy

Smile away the sorrows

Laugh like there's no tomorrow


What you see is a mere shadow

Of what I was, not so long ago

And yet here I am still pushing and trying

To live each day, eventhough, deep inside I'm dying

On Deniece and Boy Bulalo - A Comedy of Errors

Everywhere I see, there a news reports, pictures, videos and memes of Vhong Navarro and Boy Bulalo. For 2 weeks now my news feed is nothing but them. It’s become a circus… and it has irritated me to the point that I wanted to sit down and write what I think of it all. This is my point of view alone.
